RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES

 

Refunds/Order Cancellations (only within 24 hours of order)

Refunds or cancellations are only available within 24 hours after you place your order, provided the order has not yet been shipped. After 24 hours, no refunds or order cancellations are permitted.

If you wish to cancel your order and be refunded, you must contact us via email at sales@dauphyne.com within 24 hours of your order.

 

Return/Exchange Policy (only within 30 days of receipt)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we want to help you find your perfect fit. You can exchange or return items for store credit only within 30 days of receipt.

Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, resized or damaged in any way will not be accepted for exchange. Furthermore, items that you have kept for more than 30 days after receipt cannot be exchanged. Items must be post marked no later than 31 days after receipt.

***NOTE for all types of earrings and piercing jewelrys: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original un-opened packaging. Due to sanitary reasons we cannot accept anything used or removed from packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund credit.
If you are approved, then your refund credit will be processed, and a credit coupon code will be sent to your email for later use.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: DAUPHYNE, G07 Building 11B, City Walk Boulevard, Al Wasl, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Warranty Exchanges/Repair (within 6 months if applicable for SOLID GOLD and TITANIUM products only)
We offer a 6 months warranty for defective items like fallen off gems or broken parts for repair. We only replace items if they are proven to have manufacture defect or damaged and cannot be repaired.  To avail the warranty you can send us an email at sales@dauphyne.com and send your item to: DAUPHYNE, G07 Building 11B, City Walk Boulevard, Al Wasl, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
